      @meldrik @lulztard I am excited for the OW legendary armor, and I was excited for the rift mechanic (was a HUGE fan of the Rift MMO) until I saw their preview video for it, which looked really boring. I hope it’s better than that in the actual game.

          Yeah, I hope that it will be better than what they’ve showed us, too. Especially with the squad of people - the fight should scale with that.

          Maybe they didn’t want to spoil rift bosses and mechanics of the specific fights? Because I’m puzzled why they didn’t - the preview wouldn’t have been that bland if they did.

            I think because expansion is smaller, they want to limit things they show.

          @lorkano That is my hope. I was really hoping for something like the elemental rifts in Rift, but that video was extremely underwhelming. I never bought the old line “Anet needs a new marketing team” but I’m starting to see it.
