Authorities said Saturday that a Georgia inmate who was found unresponsive in a medical unit cell at a jail currently under federal investigation later died at an area hospital.

    Remember- this is a jail, not a prison. The people here have not gone to trial yet. Their guilt has not been determined. And yet they’re treated like sub-humans.
