Microplastics have been found inside human heart tissues — though as the scientists who found them note, it’s not all that surprising.
The team detected eight types of plastic in the tissues including polyethylene terephthalate, which is primarily found in polyester clothing, and polyvinyl chloride or PVC.
I often forget even the clothes on our back are made of plastic these days
yeah im just old enough to have been around when that was not the case and I never really noticed a difference. Its like one day I was alive and most things were natural and then one day everything is like an oil product of some kind.
