    But there is one near-constant feature of bystander videos that almost never appears in the clips produced or disseminated by ICE. It’s the fury and disdain expressed by the person behind the camera or other passersby.

    “ICE edits stuff for their own propaganda” I think is the thesis

      I mean, we are getting news right now from Lemmy, although admittedly it’s link to a source (but most just view the headline).

      But yes, getting it from viral videos and influencers, yes, that’s problematic. Plus this is a little more vetted than mother-fuxking Tiktok and Insta
