I find it necessary. Dogs are not allowed to walk around with eye boogers.

    I don’t have a dog but I find it weird when people’s dogs have massive eye boogers. Also first time I see the word in English lmao

    Okay so this may be disgusting, but dogs love eating gross shit, even eye boogers.

    I probably didn’t need to add that part… but yes, I routinely check my one dog’s eyes who constantly gets them.

      My dog would patiently let me clean his eyes and ears, but only with the understanding that he would get to eat whatever I removed.

    When I go into the bathroom, I get a little piece of toilet paper and say, do you want your eyes cleaned? And my dog comes over and sits to get his little eyes wiped clean. He absolutely loves it.

    Yup, they build up and dry out and should be removed for dog health. Gross sidenote: my dog loves eating the boogers after they’re removed
