      1 oz Blackberry shrub, 2 oz Woodford Reserve Heavy mudding of mint Top with seltzer

          Mascerate blackberries in sugar and leave until the sugar dissolves completely, filter out the solids then add vinegar

            Sounds like a similar process to the cranberry shrub I make around the holidays. Hadn’t thought to make a blackberry shrub. Oh the possibilities 🤔
