I very much enjoyed it, had some really good insight and thoughts outlined. I especially liked the tips on how to best deal with emotionally immature people. Pretty much identical info to my therapists ll

    Would you recommend it to children of emotionally mature parents as well?

      I think it can provide a basis for understanding the appropriate level of emotional intimacy that a child craves from a parental figure as well give some good insight into the ways parents emotions affect their kids both in the moment and long term.
