100% instigated by that old Russian chucklefuck who ripped the Ukrainian flag down behind a Ukrainian dude in the middle of a picture being taken. Genuinely unsure what the Russian guy thought how that was gonna play out, because this was a pretty obvious outcome.
He didn’t just rip the flag down, he tore it out of the Ukrainians hands.
