    In my opinion it’s not a good idea to dilute communities so early. There are already a few neovim/vim communities that could benefit from new content.

      This is by no mean an attempt to split the *vim community, in fact I used to post in vim, neovim & vimplugins on reddit, and began to do so here. It’s just a little space to ask and answer more specific questions.

        Don’t take me wrong. But I feel like at this phase of fediverse it is better to have communities accept a broader range of topics, even if a bit out of topic than to spread and make information harder to find. But of course, everybody is free to make communities as they please.

          I understand, this is why I added links to the main *vim communities in the right panel.
