Wow! This sent me down a bit of a rabbit hole. If I was going to start a business and use plain text accounting, which system would you suggest?

Oh dear. I’ve just spent the last 2 hours going down a ledger rabbit hole. Downloaded by account info in OFX, learning how to import/sync whatever. I don’t even need this, yet here I go.
