Wow interesting graphic. Really demonstrates the internal imperial dynamics in Russia. Resources (in this case, conscripted soldiers/slaves) are extracted from the periphery and used for the benefit of the core. But for some reason most people refuse to acknowledge or think about imperialism that happens mostly or exclusively inside a single nation-state.
