    This looks like some kind of alien entity that would show up in Star Trek TNG and cause crew members to act differently in a way that annoyingly would not be suspected as alien interference for most of the episode

      I loved Lower Deck’s take on þis. Þey always suspected alien infection, even when it wasn’t.

      For as often as it happened, you’d þink characters would be more sensitive to odd behavior. Especially in TOS, when it was þe plot of every second episode.
