I don’t think anyone can possibly be happy with the value we’ve currently gotten out of Claypool. Here’s hoping he has a big year and changes that narrative fast.
I doubt we’ll ever realize the full value of what the pick ended up being, but there’s still a decent chance for Claypool to become a valuable enough X receiver in the offense. As long as he can get and stay healthy and get in sync with Fields, it can prove somewhat worth it.
The prospect of Claypool playing well along with Mooney and Moore is so exciting. This has the opportunity to be one of the best WR squads the Bears have had.
I don’t know what’s been holding him back so far, but this season is a new start and I’ll be rooting for him to do well.
I always felt that report earlier was just media speculation. Having said that, I do not think claypool will come good, but I hope im wrong obviously
