3rd day on new medicine on its own. Feeling way better than I was feeling when I had Escilatopram and Seroquel. I miss having this energy. I missed out a lot. I miss my friends.

Saw my old acquaintance from my cafe server days is now doing her practicum as a trainee counsellor. I couldn’t be more proud.

My acquaintance is now doing her practicum as a Masters student and she said it couldn’t have happen without me and the others she met along the way. I’m so touched!
