I finally have a job interview next week! But I want to use my current boss as a reference, and need to have a conversation with him. He’s mostly been a good manager, but I know he will take the information personally and it’s going to make the office uncomfortable. Especially if I don’t get this job and then he knows I’m looking to leave.
