The pod on 52nd disappeared, but also, the pod that’s a block or two east of the Mercado also shut down. What gives? Hopefully those lots are turned into housing rather than just sit as vacant lots…

Weird decision… I guess he hates money?
Bummer to hear these are closing but such is life when you’re dependent on a landlord to keep you in business.

No they won’t, because before anyone can check in they are going to immediately demolish that Ritz Carlton to build two other, smaller Ritz Carltons.
