Plot twist: it wasn’t stolen, kids are just gullible.
Apparently One time I told my nephew that potato skin and human skin was near identical and can be used interchangeably. I don’t remember this.
At age 25, fifteen years after I made up that fact… He calls me up to tell me that wasn’t true, and hung up.
