"The saccharin is from a dissolve I did using Stockwell & Co Calorie Free Sweeteners (which is Sodium Cyclamate and Sodium Saccharin). I dissolved as many of the little tiny sweetener tablets as would possibly dissolve in boiling water / ethanol. As soon as I remove the heat, I use a pipette with rubber bulb to grab some liquid and squirt onto a microscope slide, and then cover with another slide, and wait for it to start crystallising.
