1 lb whole wheat pasta, 4 cups water, 1 can cannelini beans, peas and carrot, chopped pepper and home made tomato sauce blasted for 3 minutes then natural release 5 minutes then quick release.

I’ve yet to find a whole wheat pasta that is remotely palatable, and I prefer whole wheat in baked goods.
I don’t understand what you mean by blasting, natural release and quick release but I also never have used an instapot
I think they mean pressure cook for 3 minutes
You’re free to use any kind of pasta you’d like
Did you find one you like? Every one I try just turns to mush (aside from buckwheat, which is great).
