Thanks, I’m surprised at how fast one week past. I’m still avoiding triggers that pushes me to drink. I keep myself busy and distracted. I wish one day that I won’t need to be on alert and that not drinking would be just natural.
It will happen!! It took a while for me, but I rarely think about it now. (I hit one year on July) Keeping busy definitely helps a ton.

I’m with you! Even though I guess it’s technically Saturday for me. Not drunk but I did try some athletic brewing Octoberfest NA and it was really tasty. Used to be one of my favorite kind of beers this time of year so it hit home with that nostalgia and none of the regret.
