You’re trying to make sense of Lemmings?!

Some days this site makes Redditors seem logical.

I’m happy to see LTT start to release videos again.

Idk man I just found a post where someone asked for an explanation of something racist and people just respectfully answered instead of dog piling and downvoting. This site is infinitely better than r/corporatetrash

ikr, I think there’s still a bad image of ltt here. Understandably, tbh I’m not sure if I’ll continue watching them unless there’s a major change in the way they produce content

Agreed. I think I’ve been burnt especially because I like recommending them to others and I’ve had to stop doing that recently because they seem to be spiralling a little.

Pivotal moment. Let’s see if LTT does the right thing (as right as you can be at this point) or if this starts the end of the company.

I am glad that they did stop for a week or so to address the issues internally, though I’m concerned that many of the changes they made either won’t be effective or will be forgotten in 6 months. I would love to be positively surprised though.

Processes that won’t be effective is a possibility, and will require continued retrospectives and evaluations to ensure efficacy.

Forgotten, probably not, especially if it is transcribed into standard operating procedures. When turned into policy, there’s an auditable process to ensure that policies are followed and in compliance.
