Green must be the lighting. It’s a dessert bread pudding and about as rich as I can handle it.

The sauce in the spoon looks like a pickled cucumber, including the cucumber peel.
Interesting, I can see why it looks green. Weird. It’s a simple syrup made with brandy I think. I’m just guessing.
I usually have good luck with serious eats recipes.
