Welcome to the 24 hour pledge! I’m pledging myself to not drinking today, and invite you to do the same. Maybe you’re new to c/stop drinking and have a hard time deciding what to do next. Maybe you’re like me and feel you need a daily commitment or maybe you’ve been sober for a long time and want to inspire others.

It doesn’t matter if you’re still hung over from a three day bender or been sober for years, if you just woke up or have already completed a sober day. For the next 24 hours, let’s not drink alcohol!

        Honestly, I only ever drink the NA alternatives when I’m actually out with friends! I’m planning to stay home and get some freelance work done this weekend, watch a couple of films, and make bread. So it’ll be coffee and water for me! 🥳

          What NA drinks do you enjoy? I found that Heineken 0 tasted like Heineken. Then I wondered why I drank it at all. 🤣

            Funny enough, I settled on Heineken 0.0 too! But moved on to Erdinger Alkoholfrei, which feels much better to me - altho honestly I’ll stick to red bull or soft drinks these days! Much cheaper too, it’s ironically sobering when you drink the af alternatives just how much you notice you’re paying!

            I like a sparkling tea, especially for a celebration. There’s a few good NA beers like Lucky Saint. Herbal tea as we move into this cold weather.
