Is it Old School Renaissance or Old School Revival?
I only think of it as ‘Revival’ because thats how I was introduced to it. I honestly don’t know which is the right answer.

First time i saw written as Renaissance. Honestly I think Revival may be more appropriate, since i think most are looking in replicating not only the feeling, but also the mechanics of OS. I don’t think innovation per se is the focus of OSR
Renaissance is French for revival anyway, so I don’t really understand what kind of semantic distinction you anglophones make here.

I’ve only ever seen Revival. I don’t think there is an Official definition, but I have no skin in the game.
