Well, that’s interesting! There’s almost a computer-science bent to the problems they did like. It makes sense, I loved weird geometry stuff when I was a kid, but to a more well-adjusted child I guess it just looks like random shapes. Stories are something everyone old enough to converse with understands and likes.
