This is so, so phenomenally inappropriate, that it’s frankly impressive.

If you’ve spent any appreciable amount of time on the internet it’s not impressive at all. Although I guess this kind of garbage does seem less common place than it was back in the day.

I’m sure they could. It’s a little wild that FB doesn’t see a problem with the comment even after it was reported.
Why would it be deleted by Facebook? It’s quite rude, but doesn’t break any standards like gate speech or pornography

Having a FB account in 2023 is like screaming FLAT EARTH from orbit.
I have to admit after not having an account for 10y+ i created one a month ago because some community I participate in had an FB group. I also finally can take benefit of the marketplace which I think a lot of people are selling on.
I haven’t had an account for many years but the marketplace always makes it tempting to come back. People please use craigslist again…
