    Sue who? All people who voted yes on it? It was a ballot measure.

      Probably suing the state to keep it in court, where it will inevitably be upheld, then they appeal it and use as many legal tactics to delay it from being implemented. It’s shitty, bad faith politics where the GOP will fight to win, not represent their constituents.
