JUDGING BY REVIEWERS FIRST IMPRESSIONS, IT GONNA BE GOOD.
It doesn’t need to be great. Even if the effects get wonky or the dialoug is tilted at times as long as it nails the atmosphere of Onepiece it will be amazing.
