After edging out the Utah Warriors for the #3 spot, the Houston SaberCats head to Seattle to play the #2 seed Seawolves on Saturday at 5:00 PM CDT to try and advance to the conference finals in San Diego the following week. This is the second consecutive season for Houston to reach the playoffs, after a franchise-best record of 10-5-0. Last season was their first time to reach the playoffs, but were eliminated in the first round by none other than the Seattle SeaWolves at home in SaberCats Stadium (formerly named Aveva Stadium).
