This is me with wearing new clothes. My wife knows my tastes, she always gets me clothes I love. But it can take me up to a few months sometimes to start working them into my rotation. I don’t know why. I already know I like the new shirt, but the ones I’m already used to won’t make way for a while
I always find I don’t like things when they’re at peak hype and everyone else is gushing over them. I have to either get in there early, or wait until the hype dies down, otherwise I just turn off.
I have that same feeling with that fallout show, I love the games and I bet id watch every episode but I have something keeping me away

Like Dune, I’ve loved them books, but the old movies were just trash and I was really anxious about the new ones.
And shows I already know are given priority over new ones 😔
Also the more times thing is actively recommended, the further down the list it goes
Same on games to play with friends
I usually don’t like to see much media because I don’t like to feel negative emotions on base of the shows.
