Today marks 365 days of making a commitment to not drink, even if just for today. Certainly went through some “pink cloud” highs and raw, unfiltered lows, but I was able to experience it fully and be present in each moment. There will still be “firsts” that I have to approach, but now I’ve hit a lot of the major recurring events like holidays, birthdays, or celebrations without alcohol and I know that I’m capable. IWNDWYT again!
