Because no one read the article, it sounds like they’re just adding CNN to Max, alongside other Max content.

I heard they’ll be adding in news alerts when you’re watching shows. That’s a hell no from me!

This isn’t so much “expanding” as it is migrating to where viewers are migrating. Cable is dying.

Also, WB / Discovery is trying to get content on Max. And CNN is content. And content that isn’t caught up in strikes.

Seriously. And this momo who said “they aren’t expanding” below your post clearly missed the point.

This mega merger / conglomerate / business venture / friendly takeover whatever you want to call it bullshit is the issue.

The fact that all these fools are already calling it “Max” as it’s now called under the latest rebranding is proof positive of that. The fucking service changed names only 3 months ago.

Bold move calling it MAX due to obvious reasons. Can’t imagine many people will opt in anyway.

This is the best summary I could come up with:

CNN’s parent company is launching a new streaming service in September, more than a year after the nascent CNN+ went bust.

The original article contains 21 words, the summary contains 21 words. Saved 0%. I’m a bot and I’m open source!
