Trump wants chaos in Minnesota and probably Maine next. Then at some point he will declare Martial law in certain blue states then the mid-terms will take place and he won’t allow those states to vote.
He can’t stop the vote from happening as they’re run by each state, but he can definitely have his stormtroopers out there suppressing the vote while acting like they’re still free and fair elections.
Do not assume the administration won’t prevent the vote. Military will be used to remove the government of Minnesota and federalize all of those state functions. There is no law Minnesota can fall back on as long as the military is willing to follow Trump.
No I think NOT_RICK is right. The Trump administration has done nothing but follow the rule of law and been persecuted the whole way. What makes you think they’ll start going against the constitution/courts/rule of law now? /S
