He is doing way worse than Watergate. What is happening is a cold civil war and only one side seems to be fighting right now.

They know they shouldn’t be doing this, they know the real legality of this. Judges across the country are not responding well to this obvious retaliatory behavior by the government, and are dismissing these cases left and right.
