    That really is so kind. I guess it is easier to remove, wash, and dry a human body and clothes than a car’s upholstery and carpet, but to actually do it is another thing.

    Happened to me once, inside of my car was absolutely soaked, puddles on the floor even. I let it dry in the sun with windows open for a while after drying off as best I could. Still soaked. Solution was putting it in the garage, taking a dehumidifier and sticking it in the bank seat and running it over night. By morning it was dry as a bone.

      Dehumidifiers are magic tbh. We have one in our basement to prevent mold in the room we use to hang our washing. It turns the whole room into a dryer, even jeans dry within 3 hours. I love it.

    Hot tip: if your skylight gets smashed in by hail or branches during a storm, you can use an umbrella like this to keep most of the rain out until you can get it repaired.
