Hey Fediverse! I’m visiting Rome this week on a last minute trip and I’m looking for some fun & unusual things to do. Thinking: music, performances, parties, something where I’d get to meet some of the cool people who live here.
Not looking for: museums, historical sites, the usual top 10 must-sees.

That’s a damn shame. Regarding the things you’re looking for, Rome is like any other big city.
But it’s the only one where you can walk down the Via Appia, one of Europe’s oldest roads, which still looks very similar today to what it did 2000 years ago.Love the Via Appia! I’ve visited Rome before and have loved visiting the historical sites. This time I’d like to meet some modern Romans!
