I agree with banning all social media for under 16.

BUT, first, how to define “social media”?, and B) how to enforce it? I don’t believe most of these laws’ primary goal is to keep kids off social media. I think, instead, the methods used to enforce such laws are actually further tightening of surveillance for all of us, and that is the real primary goal.

At the end, it’s up to the parents to decide whether their kids will have access–laws, or no laws.
