Germany had troops at an American base that got hit. Maybe don’t have your troops stationed at a military base belonging to a country that is gearing up for war? Everyone knew this was coming way in advance. IMO, that’s 100% on the germans.
Britain says they had their own military base in Cyprus struck by Iran. That is at least a valid reason for them to get involved. It was their base. Not the US
