As Google finally rolls out its official desktop mode, it is time to stop thinking of your phone as just a mobile device and start seeing it as the only computer brain you actually need.
We’ve known high end android phones can run Cyberpunk for a while now. Look into Winlator, x86 gaming on Android is already a whole thing. Apple didn’t just do something new here.
I really didn’t think so, especially with Qualcomm making Snapdragon chips for PC. I just didn’t think they were that far along, and x86 gaming on Android is news to me.
Support is hit or miss, but GameNative and Gamehub both make it pretty easy to emulate.
Elite 8 can run some impressive games, but based on my experience its a little less powerful than a steam deck. Although how much of that is due to things not being optimized vs emulation vs actual power of the chips is hard to know.
