    I’m genuinely curious… in 2026 does anyone outside of the top 10-20% of income earners think the current system of “you get housing if you can afford it but maybe you can get rich like your parents did so long as home prices go up forever” is better than decommodified housing

      I’m at the 18-20% percentile of income and own multiple houses. It’d be a loss for my investment portfolio but I’d be happy lose a ton of my housing value in exchange for a society that has housing for all and made sense. You kids please bring the revolution.
