Imagine if it was your job to make sure that your company had the correct supply of something it uses to make a product. How often could you be off by 20% before it impacted your job? Why do CEOs never take responsibility for over hiring by 20%?

I feel sorry for the staff involved - but I’d still be a lot happier if it were 100%.
