Useful debunker of anti-LTN talking points, but I often feel with pieces like this that they’re missing the point: People who repeat myths like the headline don’t actually care about the poor, the disabled etc. They’re not acting in good faith!

What is an LTN and why does the article use that acronym in the first sentence without defining it anywhere??
Low-Traffic Neighbourhood. You’re right, it’s poor editorial practice not to define it at first use! They’re quite a live issue in Hackney at the moment, which is why they’ve assumed people reading their Hackney-based blog will know it, but they still should’ve written it out in full the first time.
My guess is “low traffic neighborhood”
