An orchestral pop version of a Romanian folk song delivered by Storm Large’s dramatic vocals about how falling in love changes one world. Originally sung by Maria Tănase, the song talks about life before falling in love and the chaos that ensues after: unable to rest, forgetting where you’re headed to and longing for your lover.

Always a stellar ensemble. 🔥
Its one of m favorite Romanian folk songs and besides the original singer, this is the best performance I’ve ever seen anyone do (I’m including all the other Romanian singers who attempted singing it)
Storm Large did a fantastic job. Listening to her performance always gives me goose bumps
