My land is near the biggest organized industrial zone in Ankara. Its a development play. You can see the growth of the development nearby on Google earth historical pics. So far I got ~11% annual net appreciation
For those who don’t know; Ankara is the capital of Türkiye, which has the second largest military in NATO after USA. İran war is increasing importance of Turkey geopolitically, e.g Blackrock CEO just visited Erdogan which I think never happened before.

If I had money to invest and I felt disillusioned by authoritarian regimes and religious fundamentalists, I’m not sure Turkey under Erdogan is where I would put my money.
I care, but only insomuch as I’m pretty sure they’ve posted about this in the past (from a different account, since this one is only 13 hours old) but I can’t find the old posts. They were much less blatant in the past, mostly asking about what to do with their dirt patch rather than simply saying “this is the price, this is how much land there is, this is why you should buy it”.
