It’s spring garden time, so I’m trying to reserve enough time and energy to work on that a bit.

Might not achieve it but I think I got a good shot at getting ripped to the point of having visible abs.

Have been lifting weights and doing core workouts for over a year now and the results are impressive. And since starting “cutting”(bodybuilder term) things started taking shape. Even if I don’t get there I am already happy with the progress so far. No more beer belly!

      Grats!

It sounds like you don’t need to hear it, but for anyone who might: for most people, abs being visible will require you losing fat, even if you are not yourself fat/overweight. You need to build the muscle (create the abs)and lose the weight in order for the muscles to be visible. Also, if you have a super deep chest (think barrel-chested), you can’t lose enough fat for your abs to become visible, so pick another goal. This tends to affect men more.

Repairing clothes! I have a sewing machine, but have very little experience. I have a pile of clothes that keeps growing with small tears or holes. Only fixed a couple pieces before, and the results were ok, but I like not having to get rid of things just because of a rip in the fabric anymore.
