    How about no? We dont need another tax for whatever government that implements this to just pocket all the money and completely ignore the committee or wherever the money is supposed to go to.

    Also, it doesnt matter how much any country squeezes the citizens to do something about climate change, if you cant get China or Russia to change their environmental policies then whatever anyone else does will be for nothing.
