I really didn’t expect you Americans to enjoy raw ground meat as we do…
You eat it raw? Why??
It is a very specific treated minced meat. It is safe to eat and will not poison you. It tastes fucking insane with some onion, small amount of salt and pepper on top.

Well, mainly because it tastes good.
So the more interesting question is rather why you apparently don’t eat it raw?
Some of us prefer to eat meat cooked, grilled, baked and steamed
Exchange “steamed” with “roasted” and add “mett” (the name for the tasty kind of raw ground meat), and I’m with you! ;-)
