        Because if you also used coconut milk and a westernized Curry powder this is basically Germanies national fall dish. As soon as the temperatures fall, everyone does it (but butternut squash came like only 10 years ago, it is red kuri squash traditionally).

        Just thought maybe you are German as Germans post this type of pictures all over social media at this time of the year. But it is probably not only Germany. :)

          Ah, that’s very interesting! It’s definitely a fall favorite here in the Midwest as well. I used a spicy cream sauce to garnish but that version sounds very tasty. It’s always fun learning how people from all over the world enjoy the seasonal foods. Thank you for sharing! :)
