Hello everyone, As the platform is still new, it makes sense that people have a lot of questions about it (how to do some things, which apps to use, etc.)
However, it seems that this type of questions could maybe be redirected to the https://lemmy.world/c/support community.
We would then keep the general Ask everyone questions here.

I guess it’s a question of how much AskLemmy is going to be a carbon copy of AskReddit? That was certainly in my mind in the beginning, but maybe AskLemmy will be different? idk.
To be honest it can be very different. I just feel that support questions should maybe not be here, but that’s me
Perhaps it would be useful if mods were able to move posts into the right place? It is not currently possible atm but this may be useful to avoid thousand of posts with “wrong community” answers only
