Hi, I am looking for a new modlist to start a (long) playthrough. The only thing i absolutely want is Legacy of the Dragonborn to be a part of it, preferrably with a lot of plugins. Size and performance are irrelevant, since I have a pretty good PC, but I don’t absolutely need every graphics mod possible. NSFW is fine, too, but not required.

I don’t have personal experience with it, but if you have the option, pick up Skyrim VR and use either Auriel’s Dream or Cangar’s FUS Wabbajack. If inclined I’d highly recommend watching Habie147’s Skyrim VR videos and/or IAmCrusty’s narratives.
Only downside is you are limited to the 255 ESP count as Skyrim VR is pre-ESL.
I’ve not wanted over to Wabbajack from Nexus, but I can say that VR is a game changer with the right modlist.
Yeah Skyrim VR ist great, but unfortunately, I don’t have my VR headset where I am right now, so that is not an option

The only other bit I can offer then in to try out the seemingly pretty popular Nexus collection “Immersive & Pure” or the NSFW “Immersive & Adult”, both by Canliberk. Not Wabbajack, but could be a decent alternative, but I would lean towards Wabbajack offerings since that’s… uh, kinda what you asked for :P
